HOW TO ENROLL

ENROLL IN THREE EASY STEPS

Follow these steps to access Dayforce, BCU’s enrollment site:

  1. Go to https://sso.dayforcehcm.com/bcu from within our BCU network. You will log in to the site automatically using your Microsoft account. No additional password is required.
  2. Once in Dayforce, each time you log in you will see Select Role. For self-service, including benefits enrollment, accessing learning resources, booking time off, etc., select the Employee option shown for you, then Next.
  3. Click Start Enrollment.

Note: If you’re a manager logging in to approve a team member request (such as for time off), you would select “Manager” as your role.

Verify your dependents

Documentation will be required for each dependent you enroll:

  • Spouse: A marriage certificate or copy of Federal tax filing
  • Domestic partner: Completion of an Affidavit and providing evidence of at least three proofs of financial interdependence, such as:
    • Joint bank accounts, credit accounts or leases/ownership of principal residence;
    • Beneficiary designation of the other for a retirement plan or life insurance, or will;
    • Health care or durable power of attorney appointing the other as attorney-in-fact; and/or
    • Agreed in writing to assume financial responsibility for the welfare of each other.
  • Children: A birth certificate for each child you enroll

If you do not submit the needed documentation on time, coverage for your dependent(s) will be cancelled.

For qualifying events during the year, if you add dependents, you must submit documentation on the enrollment site within 60 days of the life event.
